Raj

With 19 years of experience as a personal trainer, Raj Subramaniam has dedicated his career to enhancing the lives of his clients. He empowers them to tackle both physical and emotional challenges with confidence and resilience.

Raj's qualifications are extensive, including intensive training and certification from the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and the Federation of International Sports, Aerobics and Fitness (FISAF). Additionally, Raj is trained in four international group fitness programs under the Les Mills Body Training Systems Australia: BODYCOMBAT®, BODYATTACK®, BODYJAM®, and RPM®. His black belt in Taekwondo and expertise in kickboxing further enrich his training programs.

Raj firmly believes in the philosophy, “Being Better is a Choice,” and is passionate about helping his clients achieve their personal best.

Haikal

Haikal Herman is a dedicated Strength and Conditioning Specialist with a passion for coaching athletes and individuals to achieve peak performance. His expertise spans boxing, youth athletic development, and personal training, with a strong foundation in evidence-based training methods.


Haikal has worked with elite local athletes, including title-winning boxers, where he developed tailored strength and conditioning programs to enhance performance. He has also contributed to youth sports development at the National Youth Sports Institute, helping young athletes build strength, agility, and resilience through structured and progressive training.


Certified by the Australian Strength and Conditioning Association, ACE, and the Singapore Weightlifting Federation, Haikal specializes in functional strength, athletic performance, and fitness nutrition. His client-focused approach ensures that every program is safe, effective, and aligned with individual goals.


Haikal’s philosophy emphasizes building strength and resilience, not just physically but mentally, empowering clients to overcome challenges both in and out of the gym. Whether you’re aiming for athletic excellence or personal fitness goals, Haikal’s passion and expertise make him the ideal partner in your journey.

Boon

Sebastian Tan, known to his clients as Boon, is a Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE). He holds a range of specialized certifications, including Kettlebell Specialist, Animal Flow, and Macebell Trainer. Boon's participation in kettlebell lifting competitions has broadened his expertise, enabling him to help clients achieve their fitness goals effectively.

 

As an avid mover himself, Boon is dedicated to promoting pain-free movement while enhancing mobility and strength through innovative and proven methods. His extensive experience as a group trainer in a HIIT gym has given him a deep understanding of individual movement patterns.

 

By incorporating functional movements and tailoring the intensity of workouts, Boon ensures that each client progresses steadily towards their fitness objectives.

Simha

Simha Cheyon is a dedicated transformative personal trainer, currently pursuing a double major in Psychology and Criminology at Murdoch University. He combines a deep understanding of human behavior with a passion for health and fitness, enabling him to guide clients both physically and mentally toward their goals.


Simha's journey into fitness stems from personal experiences that shaped his resilience and commitment to helping others. Having overcome self-doubt and a lack of emphasis on fitness in his earlier years, he now strives to empower individuals to prioritize their health and well-being.


With a professional background in behavior therapy and customer engagement, Simha brings patience, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills to his training sessions. His approach focuses on building confidence in fitness beginners, improving core strength and functional movement, and promoting mental well-being through physical activity.


Simha’s philosophy is simple: “Fitness is not just about physical strength; it’s about building resilience, self-belief, and a healthier, happier you.”
