Raj
With 19 years of experience as a personal trainer, Raj Subramaniam has dedicated his career to enhancing the lives of his clients. He empowers them to tackle both physical and emotional challenges with confidence and resilience.
Raj's qualifications are extensive, including intensive training and certification from the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and the Federation of International Sports, Aerobics and Fitness (FISAF). Additionally, Raj is trained in four international group fitness programs under the Les Mills Body Training Systems Australia: BODYCOMBAT®, BODYATTACK®, BODYJAM®, and RPM®. His black belt in Taekwondo and expertise in kickboxing further enrich his training programs.
Raj firmly believes in the philosophy, “Being Better is a Choice,” and is passionate about helping his clients achieve their personal best.
Ruz
Ruzaini Yusof, a highly skilled and certified personal trainer with a wealth of experience in helping clients reach their fitness goals. With a strong foundation in American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Training and Weight Management Specialization, Ruz excels at designing personalized workout plans that cater to a wide variety of fitness levels and objectives.
His expertise also extends to specialized training methods, such as kettlebell training, Muay Thai, and fitness for older adults, ensuring that no matter your goals or needs, Ruz can provide effective guidance. His hands-on experience from top-tier gyms has made him adept at conducting group classes, one-on-one coaching, and creating a positive, safe gym environment.

Boon
Sebastian Tan, known to his clients as Boon, is a Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE). He holds a range of specialized certifications, including Kettlebell Specialist, Animal Flow, and Macebell Trainer. Boon's participation in kettlebell lifting competitions has broadened his expertise, enabling him to help clients achieve their fitness goals effectively.
As an avid mover himself, Boon is dedicated to promoting pain-free movement while enhancing mobility and strength through innovative and proven methods. His extensive experience as a group trainer in a HIIT gym has given him a deep understanding of individual movement patterns.
By incorporating functional movements and tailoring the intensity of workouts, Boon ensures that each client progresses steadily towards their fitness objectives.
