I started training with Raj two years ago, and he has been a great trainer. I have never worked out with a trainer before and was not in great shape. He eased me into a program and has progressively stepped me up to more demanding sessions. He makes the sessions enjoyable and pushes hard but also is sensitive to my physical limits. He has also been great in tuning sessions to help with various injuries and back problems. I absolutely recommend Raj for anyone who wants to get in shape and do it in a balanced and holistic manner.

I engaged my trainer to help me lose my post-pregnancy weight and strengthen my muscles to cope with daily caregiving tasks. He understood my needs and tailored a programme that would help me achieve both goals. Initially, I was anxious to lose weight and wanted to do more intensive exercises but he encouraged me to have patience. And I’m glad that I listened to him! I’m happy to say that now, I can carry my baby with ease and my body aches are a lot lesser! In addition, I’ve also lost 3kg and feel lighter and more refreshed. I’ve extended the training programme with them so I think that’s testament to how satisfied I am. Thank you for supporting me in my post-pregnancy journey!

I first started training with my trainer in 2019 as I was looking to supplement my yoga practice with additional strength training and also improve my cardio on the tennis court. He is more than a personal trainer; more like a fitness consultant who goes beyond what's required - he customises the training program according to my goals, pushes me to challenge myself, and gives advice on different exercises, and nutrition. He also helps me work through my injuries and is creative with modifications. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a dedicated, kind and attentive trainers!

I started working out with my trainer over a year ago. I wasn’t really motivated at first but he introduced me to a lot of new stuff I never knew about, I found it difficult within the first sessions but he was there to encourage me and help me progress throughout the programme. I am not a very sportive person but doing this once a week really helped reschedule my sleeping hours and improve my diet! As one of their youngest clients; he adapted the programme after a few months by asking me what I liked the most and the least. He managed to find something that strengthens my body and that makes me look forward to all of his classes. It boosts my energy and makes me feel great. Overall, the lessons are tough but always worth it.

I had never trained in a gym before and was not very fit. I also had chronic neck stiffness likely due to incorrect posture. I was searching for a personal trainer not only for an overall fitness program but also to improve my strength and mobility, particularly in the neck and shoulder areas. Signing up with Sets & Reps turned out to be an excellent decision. They have crafted a personalized program for my fitness level and goals. Their careful inspection during training ensures that I target the right set of muscles, without injuring myself. It would have been difficult to do that on my own (I had tried earlier in vain!). Every session has an enjoyable mix of different exercises - free hand, with weights and other gym equipment and also boxing! There has been a remarkable improvement in my overall fitness and a significant reduction in my pain/stiffness in just two months. I started seeing my trainer four months after having my second baby.  He designed a workout plan based on my fitness goals and accounting for my post-partum needs. Working out with him is a lot of fun! He is friendly and encouraging but also pushes you to improve. Having the sessions keep me committed to a fitness plan and also helps me de-stress from work, especially the boxing! The workouts are a real highlight of the week for me and I recommend their services 100%!
